LIDERANÇA AUTÊNTICA E DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFT SKILLS

Resumo

Este artigo se propôs a estudar a contribuição de um líder autêntico no desenvolvimento de soft skills. Para alcançar esse objetivo, foram aplicados digitalmente formulários com questões demográficas, socioeconômicas e de avaliação do nível de Liderança Autêntica e Soft Skills, obtendo 307 respostas válidas. Os dados foram tratados no software Stata v.15ic com Regressão Linear Múltipla. Os resultados demonstram que a liderança autêntica foi estatisticamente significativa e positiva em sete pacotes de atitudes relacionadas às soft skills e ao conjunto total das atitudes, demonstrando que quanto maior o nível de autenticidade da liderança, maior o índice de soft skills. O estudo contribui para organizações, ao demonstrar que o gap na formação de soft skills de seus colaboradores pode ser minimizado com o investimento no desenvolvimento de gestores com o perfil autêntico de liderança, para as instituições de ensino superior, provoca-se a consideração e reflexão da organização curricular tendo em vista as soft skills e, finalmente, é um alerta aos gestores quanto a importância de seu estilo de liderança nas características de seus colaboradores, estimulando o aperfeiçoamento e o amadurecimento ligado à sua autenticidade, buscando coerência e competência em suas atividades.
